Beschreibung

• Build software development solutions focused on catalog functionality; • Maintain a clear view of the entire software development lifecycle; • Support technical and strategic decisions, assessing risks and impacts (resilience, performance, scalability, and security); • Work collaboratively, fostering an inclusive, diverse, and productive environment; • Participate in the design and validation of solutions, ensuring clear communication and transparency in processes; • Work with the team to define, build, and execute test scenarios; • Demonstrate proactivity and dynamism, supporting the resolution of high-complexity problems; • Establish and promote agile development practices, encouraging collaboration, continuous feedback, and ongoing improvement; • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for system optimization and evolution.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience as a Java back-end developer (Java 17, 21 or later) with Spring Boot; • Knowledge of microservices architecture; • Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns; • Experience with messaging systems (SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ); • Knowledge of software development best practices; • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; • Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis; • Knowledge of software quality practices (test pyramid, unit testing, and automation); • Experience with observability and troubleshooting (differential: Dynatrace); • Knowledge of AI development (differential: Amazon Q); • Knowledge of Google's ADK for creating agents; • Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum. • Differentials: • Experience with Node.js; • Experience in front-end development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript); • Experience as a Full-Stack developer; • Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture; • Knowledge of front-end to API integration (consumption, authentication, and performance).
