Beschreibung

• Explore new business opportunities and bring in a defined number of new clients or campaigns quarterly within designated industry verticals • Sell the full range of social advertising opportunities and develop new ones based on client objectives • Maximise coverage across the assigned patch and build relationships with strategy, planning and buying departments • Create and develop target-client lists for new and long-term business • Work closely with the VP, Commercial to maximise revenue and meet or exceed targets • Collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Social Editorial and Production teams to create and deliver pitches • Manage the sales process and client/agency relationship from brief to sign-off • Respond to briefs effectively and in a timely manner • Present new and innovative ideas continuously

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years experience repping East coast media agencies and brands • Strong contact book across Travel, Food & Beverage, Gaming, QSR, Fashion, CPG sectors • Self-starter willing to work in a fast-paced startup • Strong understanding and interest in social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook • Demonstrable expertise in understanding a brief and developing the right integrated proposal • Proven contacts within the industry at media agencies and brands • Excellent negotiation skills • Passion for great work, strong business outcomes and hitting targets • Aptitude to learn in a fast-paced environment and hunger to improve • Genuine passion for Pubity Group and its future • Enjoys working collaboratively and adding value to the company
