Beschreibung

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for Pura's end-to-end supply chain platform • Set the technical direction and define the architecture • Be accountable for the health and evolution of the systems within your domain • Partner closely with business stakeholders and executive leadership • Translate business needs into sound technical decisions • Work closely with a small, high-impact engineering team raising the technical bar through design leadership, hands-on code, and mentorship

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in backend engineering with a demonstrated track record of technical leadership across teams or domains • Expert-level proficiency in Golang and/or other modern backend languages (Node, Python, etc.) • Deep expertise designing and operating high-scale distributed systems; proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems • Strong command of service-oriented architecture, API strategy, and event-driven architectures at scale • Expert-level AWS (or comparable cloud) knowledge, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code • Deep expertise in relational database design and optimization (PostgreSQL preferred), caching (Redis, etc.), and data modeling for scale • Proven track record establishing observability, monitoring, and operational excellence standards across engineering teams • Exceptional communication skills; able to translate complex technical tradeoffs into clear recommendations for business and executive audiences • Experience mentoring senior engineers and operating as a technical force multiplier.
