Beschreibung

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy articulating Pursuit Aerospace’s story, culture, and long-term vision • Craft narratives for executive communications, marketing materials, press releases, digital content, social media, and customer-facing messaging • Partner with executive leadership to position the company’s brand, milestones, and transformation initiatives • Lead proactive storytelling highlighting innovation, operational excellence, employee achievements, and strategic partnerships • Manage internal communications programs supporting employee engagement, alignment, and cultural cohesion • Oversee media relations, including drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and cultivating industry media relationships • Ensure consistent voice and message discipline across internal and external channels • Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations on change-management communications and narrative frameworks • Track communication performance metrics and optimize content strategy • Manage communication tools, platforms, and resources to improve reach and effectiveness • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant field • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications • Experience preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills • Experience supporting executive-level communication programs • Strong understanding of brand voice development and message architecture • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional communication initiatives • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content • Strong project management skills • Strategic mindset with ability to execute at detail level • High emotional intelligence and partnership-building skills • Creative thinking and narrative development ability • Polished presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple priorities • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Ability to frequently sit, stand, and walk • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds • Personal protective equipment required on the shop floor
