Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction within the assigned territory • Meet or exceed sales targets using company tools, processes, and strategic sales initiatives • Execute territory and account strategies while maintaining accurate sales forecasting • Identify and engage key accounts and thought leaders within the genomics and molecular biology space • Collaborate with distribution partners to generate leads and drive revenue growth • Maintain accurate and timely activity within the CRM system • Represent the company professionally at customer sites, meetings, and industry events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required • Master’s or PhD in Molecular Biology or a related field preferred • Prior experience with NGS, PCR, or qPCR technologies strongly preferred • Previous laboratory bench experience in molecular biology techniques preferred • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently from a home office environment • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed • Valid U.S. driver’s license required
