Beschreibung

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities and responsibilities • Support multiple campus projects and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports • Prepare monthly development program and project status updates for executive-level reviews • Support master development programs, including campus design solutions and capital budgets • Assist with entitlement and permitting activities • Develop scopes of work for design, construction, and commissioning services • Participate in procurement and project cost estimates • Evaluate and level pricing proposals • Coordinate equipment procurement and delivery with strategic procurement • Coordinate submittals with site stakeholders • Monitor project budgets and cost-to-date against overall budgets • Review project schedules and manage teams toward on-time completion • Review contractor change order requests and negotiate pricing • Assist with site construction security procedures • Maintain relationships and serve as liaison with key QTS stakeholders • Represent QTS interests in OAC meetings • Participate in due diligence for potential land banks and properties • Evaluate opportunities to design and build new data centers with Corporate Real Estate, Connectivity, Power, and Construction teams • Enhance project management processes and protocols with the internal development team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management field or equivalent professional experience • Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures • Experience managing Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel • US Citizenship required by law due to federal customer contracts • Prior experience in mission critical data center facilities preferred • Experience with management of MEP trades preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work effectively within internal and external team environments • Ability to solve problems at a tactical and functional level • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
