Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day client relationships as a proactive point of contact • Build trusted client relationships based on clients’ business objectives, KPIs, industries, and priorities • Lead client communications, project updates, and reviews; address needs and escalate critical issues • Ensure clear communication and delivery across scope, timelines, budgets, and expectations • Support account planning, client strategy, and relationship growth opportunities • Guide internal strategy and planning discussions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital strategies across Service Design, Marketing Automation, Data, and Technology • Identify and contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, resources, and project health across multiple initiatives • Own client-facing deliverables including briefs, statements of work, pricing estimates, change orders, presentation decks, and project updates • Manage end-to-end scope development and coordinate inputs for client review and approval • Monitor and communicate scope changes, financial updates, resourcing shifts, risks, and dependencies • Partner with the PM team to deliver projects on time, within scope, on budget, and to client and agency standards • Collaborate across creative, digital, technology, production, and analytics disciplines • Provide performance reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimization and business outcomes • Mentor and support junior team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6 years of account management, client service, or related experience within advertising, marketing, digital, or agency environments • Proven success managing large-scale integrated digital programs and multiple concurrent initiatives • Strong digital marketing experience and technical knowledge of platform integrations, CMS execution, digital ecosystems, or similar technologies • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce • Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing • Strong understanding of project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and account operations • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues, navigate ambiguity, and drive resolution • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and translate client needs into actionable plans • Applicants for a full-time position must be US based
