Beschreibung

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and domain teams • Drive product discovery across ambiguous, multi-workstream initiatives using qualitative and quantitative insights • Own Agile product delivery, including goals, priorities, trade-offs, scope, and backlog management across Scrum and Kanban environments • Evaluate build-versus-buy options and recommend approaches balancing product needs, timelines, and cost • Guide technical design discussions and consider performance, scalability, security, and architectural quality • Coordinate development efforts, timelines, and deliverables across product owners, project managers, program managers, and scrum masters • Use data and evidence to prioritize work and measure outcomes • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and roadmap while aligning execution with strategic objectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree, an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, or equivalent relevant experience • Proven experience partnering directly with engineering, design, and QA teams • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate multi-stakeholder environments, build consensus, and make timely decisions • Strong understanding of software development in at least two of: cloud-based infrastructure, API/backend services, or data platforms/data science • Experience leveraging AI to create repeatable workflows that synthesize research, strategy, and execution into actionable outputs • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable operating effectively in a distributed work environment • Experience building insurance platforms and understanding of the policy lifecycle, integrations, data modeling, pricing, and underwriting
