Beschreibung

• Own Quidax’s consumer and B2B product platforms • Define product vision across all product lines • Translate commercial goals into product bets and roadmaps • Prioritise initiatives that drive revenue, usage, and retention • Increase merchant acquisition, activation, product adoption, and usage • Reduce churn and integration friction • Own product-led growth loops • Build reliable, scalable, and well-documented APIs • Improve uptime, performance, and developer experience • Embed security, compliance, and scalability • Build and lead a senior product leadership bench • Mentor the product team and create an environment for growth • Establish product operating rhythms including discovery, delivery, metrics, and reviews • Act as the product voice at the executive table • Align leadership on trade-offs, sequencing, and investment decisions • Communicate with investors, partners, and internal teams • Report directly to the CEO and partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in product leadership, with experience across both consumer and B2B/platform products • Proven track record tying product decisions directly to revenue outcomes • Strong commercial instinct and understanding of how products make money on both sides of a marketplace • Comfortable making hard prioritisation calls in public, with data and without drama • Experience leading product organisations through complexity, not just growth • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure is a strong advantage • Experience building products for emerging markets or global scale is a strong advantage
