Beschreibung

• Performing quality assurance testing of product releases prior to deployment • Conducting verification and validation testing to ensure product quality, accuracy, and integrity • Collaborating with Success and Support teams to assist with troubleshooting and clinic setup issues • Providing feedback and recommendations to Product Management and Engineering teams to improve product functionality and user experience • Creating and maintaining product-related documentation and testing materials

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical dosimetrist or radiation therapist • Extensive treatment planning and/or treatment delivery experience • Extensive plan validation experience across multiple treatment techniques and modalities • Direct experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and workflows • More than 5 years of clinical medical dosimetry or radiation therapy experience using Radformation products, particularly QuickCode • Extensive experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and reimbursement workflows • Product testing, verification, validation, or software quality assurance experience • Customer service or customer-facing support experience • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and ongoing learning opportunities • Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows • Excellent organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Strong attention to detail and passion for improving clinical workflows through technology • Open mindset and willingness to give and receive feedback
