Beschreibung

• Own and evolve the company’s core operating models, including sophisticated financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis. • Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial planning and forecasting processes. • Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, identifying challenges and delivering actionable solutions. • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, providing deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends and risks. • Deliver timely, accurate monthly reporting packages for the executive team and board. • Own the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and performance metrics. • Partner with BI and data engineering to move recurring analysis out of spreadsheets and into governed systems. • Raise the analytical bar across finance and the business through the quality of your work.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in FP&A, banking, consulting, or equity research. SaaS or tech exposure preferred, not required. • Fluent with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor). Comfortable in Excel and Sheets when needed, but oriented toward moving analysis into durable systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • A self-directed "financial innovator" who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. • Strong first-principles problem solving, clean analytical reasoning, and conclusion-first written communication.
