Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for an assigned portfolio of loan officers and sales leaders • Build long-term relationships by understanding business, market, audience, brand, and growth goals • Develop strategic marketing plans and prioritize high-impact tactics • Ensure timely delivery of marketing solutions • Edit customized marketing materials, including postcards, flyers, advertisements, listing sheets, presentations, and social media content • Manage creative requests for campaigns and promotional materials • Write creative briefs covering objectives, audiences, messaging, deliverables, and timelines • Submit, manage, and track projects in Workfront • Review materials for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and compliance • Liaise between loan officers and Creative, Events, Promotions, Email Marketing, Marketing Technology, Social Media, Legal, and Compliance teams • Promote and customize national branding campaigns for local markets and loan officer audiences • Coordinate teams to resolve project issues and communicate updates • Communicate proactively about product launches, campaigns, training, and sponsorship opportunities • Support marketing technology platforms and help loan officers use marketing tools to grow their businesses and personal brands

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • Two or more years of relevant experience in marketing, account management, project management, or a related role • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to design or edit marketing materials • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently • Strong relationship-building and client service skills • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software preferred • Total Expert experience preferred • Experience with Workfront or a similar project management platform • Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or another highly regulated industry • Experience supporting sales professionals, field teams, or high-producing individual brands
