Beschreibung

• Provide daily assistance with communication between IAA branches and provider. • Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations team to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met. • Solution escalations and complaints from providers and help address any areas of concern they may have. • Work with IAA reporting group to provide report framework on data requests from IAA operations or providers. • Review all reporting that is provided to the provider • Help manage relationships between IAA employees and providers • Support CAT operations, as requested

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or account management in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into action. • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. • Highly collaborative, with experience working across diverse teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is preferred. • Candidate must show history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and adjust schedule to meet multiple deadlines • Willing to operate within a team environment • Able to work independently and be a self-starter • Candidate would ideally have worked or have rental &/or vehicle wholesale background. • Position requires 25-30% travel
