Beschreibung

• Own a domain within RealManage's technology platform and drive measurable business and user outcomes • Define hypotheses, leading indicators, and lagging outcome metrics for initiatives • Conduct user research with community managers, board members, residents, accounting and shared services staff, and field teams • Mine behavioral and operational data to validate assumptions • Map opportunities and test assumptions before writing requirements • Partner with engineering and UX to turn validated opportunities into well-scoped, logically sequenced work • Collaborate with shared services and field-based teams on accounting, task, and revenue workflows • Communicate with stakeholders from engineers to executives • Use contemporary AI tools for workflow research synthesis, prototyping, and analysis • Evaluate AI-powered features against evidence-based user and business outcomes • Contribute to the product organization's operating model, processes, artifacts, prioritization frameworks, and quality standards • Help establish product management practices and standards for future product managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of product management experience • Ideally, experience with enterprise or B2B platforms serving multiple distinct user types • Ongoing practice of continuous discovery and regular user conversations • Experience working with data-intensive products, including financial, operational, or transactional data • Evidence of using data to make decisions • Hands-on experience using contemporary AI tools in day-to-day product work • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities for technical and non-technical partners • Builder's mindset and excitement about bringing structure to an evolving environment • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and exchange accurate information • Ability to observe details at close range • Ability to frequently move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs. • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while onsite at various communities • Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a ladder or stairs
