Beschreibung

• Own the creation, maintenance, and growth of multifamily SaaS product offerings for a specific product area. • Create product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product modules, add-on products, or similar offerings. • Lead process modeling and translate customer needs into requirements. • Plan, design, and analyze user requirements for development. • Break down requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. • Identify cross-product dependencies and impacts. • Conduct internal or external demos as needed. • Analyze and triage product maintenance issues. • Identify and resolve core problems, suggest process improvements, and review technical solutions. • Coordinate and monitor multiple Scrum teams as Product Owner. • Oversee Scrum team backlog creation and refinement. • Plan, prioritize, and organize multiple work streams. • Interact with customers through discovery and user groups. • Collaborate with engineering across a global organization. • Report to a Director, Product Management.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-8 years experience in Product Management • Bachelor’s Degree • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and/or user interface design tools. • Ability to operate a personal computer. • Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. • May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds. • Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, talking, hearing, and sitting and/or standing for long periods. • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
