Beschreibung

• Identify product opportunities and enhancements based on client needs as a Screening expert • Bridge technical teams and business goals for technically complex products from concept through final release • Articulate end-user needs as product requirements tied to APIs and integrations with other RealPage solutions • Communicate with architecture, engineering, development, infrastructure, and networking teams to define release requirements and test cases • Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and user requirements • Drive innovation by understanding technical constraints and opportunities • Build and maintain the Product Roadmap at N+3 backlog status with prioritized technical product requirements and user stories • Interact directly with end-user clients to understand and translate their business needs • Represent RealPage as a subject matter expert on competitive analysis and technical challenges in Background Screening • Assess technical risks and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems to improve capabilities • Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate data trends, and identify improvement areas • Explore improvements to existing services and products to increase profitability • Provide product training, research documentation, and training materials to sales and support teams • Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, development, support, and customer success teams • Represent RealPage internally and externally in a positive and professional manner

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years experience at a software technology or SaaS company, preferably with a technical background • Experience with product management tools such as Azure TFS and Jira • Experience with infrastructure and integrations • Experience with full stack software development • Experience with SQL • Experience with CoPilot • Experience with Claude • Understanding of engineering processes and technologies • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles • Industry-relevant knowledge, such as Multifamily, Self-storage, Senior Housing, or Real Estate • Technical expertise in the Screening domain and understanding of technology trends affecting the roadmap • Ability to work with developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations teams • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, limitations, and implementation challenges • CST or EST is highly preferred • Additional certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Project Manager (ACPM) are nice to have
