Beschreibung

• Translate prioritized product initiatives and epics into detailed functional and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria • Maintain and manage the product backlog for assigned product areas or engineering teams • Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development • Partner with Product Managers to align backlog priorities and delivery plans with product strategy and roadmap initiatives • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Quality teams to clarify requirements and support implementation • Lead or facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready standards • Maintain accurate and current functional and technical documentation • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and validate functionality and quality • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and ambiguities affecting delivery timelines or solution quality • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation practices, and backlog management standards • Serve as the operational bridge between product strategy and engineering execution • Own backlog quality and delivery readiness for the assigned product domain or engineering team • Travel for client visits, conferences, and networking for up to 25% of the time

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–5 years of experience in a product, business analysis, delivery, or technical role within a SaaS or technology environment • Experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with Scrum or similar iterative delivery frameworks • Ability to translate business or product requirements into clear functional specifications or user stories • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and requirements definition • Experience with JIRA or similar backlog management platforms • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Design • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA analyst, or similar delivery-focused role • Familiarity with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies • Experience supporting software development teams delivering SaaS or enterprise software solutions • Experience in regulated or complex product environments, such as life sciences, financial services, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS • Exposure to API-based systems, integrations, or platform-oriented products • Experience contributing to documentation, testing support, or release readiness activities within a product development lifecycle • Successful candidates must complete and pass reference and background checks • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in compliance with federal law
