Beschreibung

• Develop a robust strategy and vision for product areas based on customer needs and industry trends. • Craft and validate near- and long-term product roadmaps with customers and stakeholders. • Partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed feature specifications. • Collaborate with engineering to drive feature and product execution and delivery. • Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality standards through testing. • Share and promote the product vision at conferences and with strategic customers and partners. • Create presentations, whitepapers, and documents showcasing product value. • Build customer relationships to identify key use cases and product capabilities. • Work with product marketing and sales leaders on go-to-market plans. • Monitor market trends and competitor analysis.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. • 5+ years of experience in the software industry in either development or product management roles. • Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers. • Experience with AI and Healthcare is a plus. • Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
