Beschreibung

• Lead Finance technology strategy, modernization, Finance-owned business systems, vendor management, data and reporting capabilities, ERP transformation, and enterprise program delivery • Serve as a strategic bridge between Finance and IT • Lead product management practices across shared service domains • Partner with business and technology leaders to structure, prioritize, and transparently manage demand • Translate stakeholder needs into product and service direction • Guide prioritization and sequencing across project-based and operational work • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to teams and matrixed teams • Monitor technology trends and emerging capabilities • Drive EPM and ERP modernization initiatives • Oversee system administration, configuration management, user access, release coordination, testing support, and operational governance • Manage Finance technology vendor and partner relationships • Support Finance data, reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives • Define and maintain product, platform, and service roadmaps • Shape, assess, and prepare demand before formal intake • Facilitate stakeholder prioritization and reconcile diverse perspectives • Maintain transparent views of demand, priorities, and work in progress • Establish operating policies and procedures, and develop budgets, schedules, and performance standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field required • Minimum 10+ years of related experience • Experience in business applications, shared services, or enterprise platforms • Experience working across business and IT functions in complex environments • Minimum 7+ years of people leadership experience • 10–15% domestic travel required • Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, high-volume demand environments • Strong facilitation skills to align stakeholders and guide prioritization without direct authority • Ability to synthesize complex and conflicting inputs into clear direction and prioritized work • Strong judgment in applying industry practices and internal standards • Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, or portfolios across multiple stakeholders • Strong relationship management and influencing skills • Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments and mixed delivery models • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Certification cannot be substituted
