Beschreibung

• Conduct and document moderate to highly complex financial and data analyses. • Develop advanced financial models, forecasting tools, and automated reporting solutions. • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI preferred) to support leadership decision-making. • Leverage Python (or similar tools) for data manipulation, automation, and scalability of recurring processes. • Integrate and analyze large datasets across systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, data warehouses). • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning processes. • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen data governance, and align financial outputs with organizational priorities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or related field with demonstrated experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence • Strong Preference in: Python, R, or similar programming experience • Power BI or Tableau experience • Experience with enterprise systems (Oracle, Hyperion, SAP BusinessObjects) • Exposure to data modeling, forecasting tools, or predictive analytics • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools (Copilot, forecasting models, etc.)
