Beschreibung

• Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. • Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products; translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap. • Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that drive measurable advertiser success. • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the end-to-end execution of features within the product suite. • Craft compelling product narratives and present strategic updates to diverse stakeholders, including the executive leadership team. • Stay at the forefront of ad tech evolution, identifying emerging opportunities to keep Reddit Ads ahead of the curve.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products. • Proven track record as an experienced people manager with a focus on talent development. • A history of developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
