Beschreibung

• Drive the design and implementation of high-performance backends for ad creative generation • Own architectural vision for brand asset preservation and style consistency across the GenAI stack • Develop end-to-end image and video editing engines, APIs, and asset-manipulation logic • Build scalable systems that ingest high-volume ad performance data and optimize the creative generation flywheel • Architect high-concurrency inference, latency optimization, and cost-efficient scaling systems • Design and maintain low-latency content filtering and compliance middleware • Partner with Product, UX, and Ads ML leadership to define the technical roadmap • Translate business objectives into technical designs and integrate systems into the Ad Manager UI and delivery stacks • Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and improve code quality, reliability, documentation, and technical guardrails

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience architecting and scaling distributed backend systems, such as Python or Go • Proven track record designing robust, performant, extensible microservices and APIs • Strong experience integrating ML models with production software • Understanding of model serving and resilient data pipelines for LLMs/VLMs • Experience optimizing infrastructure for real-time generative workflows • Deep understanding of how technical decisions affect business outcomes • Experience partnering with Product to define scalable technical roadmaps • Senior-level discipline around system reliability, observability, and maintainability • Exceptional communication and consensus-building across Product, Design, and ML teams • Experience explaining complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders • Experience conducting design and code reviews and mentoring engineers • Proven experience building complex asset-heavy systems, such as automated image/video processing pipelines or high-scale content creation workflows
