Beschreibung

• Assist in delivering solutions that solve clients' business challenges through hands-on technical implementation and enablement of recommended practices • Promote adoption of Red Hat solutions for customers using technical expertise and interpersonal skills • Support customers in building scalable, optimally managed, and adaptable enterprise technology infrastructures using Red Hat technologies • Continuously learn, grow, and adapt to new skills and technologies • Travel frequently to work alongside financial services, retail, telecommunications, and institutional customers • Collaborate on project timelines and maintain project and technical documentation • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Mentor others • Build technical solutions integrated with existing enterprise systems • Collaborate on successful delivery of customer projects as a technical contributor • Develop customer use cases into project plans aligned with Red Hat technologies • Implement complex enterprise solutions in customer environments as part of a delivery team • Share lessons learned, best practices, and how-tos with internal and external communities of practice

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with delivering an implementation as part of a project team based on an architectural design • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a technical project, including collaborating on project timelines and maintaining project and technical documentation • Ability to understand stakeholder needs and set expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work • Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders • A desire to mentor • Base-level experience using and configuring Linux systems • Understanding of configuration as code • Experience with scripting languages such as YAML and Python • Intermediate-level, hands-on experience with automation technologies such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt, and PowerShell • Understanding of the advantages of automation in a complex environment • Some experience using or configuring cloud technologies, including container management and/or orchestration • Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship • Willingness to travel up to 20–30 weeks per year across North America • Previous exposure to or practical experience with Ansible Automation Platform is preferred but not required • Intermediate-level understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and security technologies is preferred but not required
