Beschreibung

• Build features across the discovery layer and connected products, including teacher search and browse, admin curation and governance, and student exploration • Develop backend services using relational databases, non-relational datastores, message queuing, cloud infrastructure, and typed contracts • Build and test accessible frontend experiences in TypeScript and React, contract-tested against the backend • Write unit, component, and contract tests alongside features • Add traces, metrics, and logs to make systems debuggable • Work independently and ensure problems and solutions are appropriately scoped • Build multi-agent orchestration as part of Renaissance's AI-first S3 software development model

🎯 Anforderungen

• Professional experience building and shipping production web applications or services • Experience developing backend services against relational databases, and comfort with non-relational datastores, message queuing, and/or cloud infrastructure • Excitement to help craft a new, AI-first software development lifecycle • Working knowledge of cloud operations, including deploying across environments, reading dashboards, and troubleshooting application problems in a cloud environment • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed engineering, product, and design teams • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience • SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) • Proficiency in a typed language, ideally TypeScript, and comfort working in a strictly typed codebase • Experience leading and mentoring others (optional) • Experience with AWS technologies (optional) • Knowledge of DevOps processes and technologies (optional)
