Beschreibung

• Drive execution of comprehensive strategic communications and change plans • Advise internal clients on communications methods, processes, messaging, budgeting, and effectiveness • Support oversight and implementation of AI agents for business-as-usual communications tasks and automated workflows • Develop business-specific tactics and communication plans aligned with company vision, business-unit priorities, and audience needs • Create, write, edit, and design internal communications across intranet, email, executive messaging, print, video, webcasting, and podcasts • Manage and contribute content to the enterprise-wide editorial and communications calendar • Ensure timely production and distribution of communications materials • Partner with internal resources creating weekly internal newsletters • Bring external awards and recognition to life internally and identify internal stories for external audiences • Update business partners on key initiatives and progress against goals • Support internal meetings, events, and community relations activities • Ensure internal messages are inclusive and representative of a diverse workforce • Redesign internal communications processes and editorial-calendar management for greater efficiency • Analyze change scope, assess change readiness, and identify potential risks or resistance • Generate reports and interpret data for decision-making

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, organizational change, marketing, or related field, or equivalent years of experience • Equivalent experience: one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or digital marketing • Proven experience or strong aptitude with Generative AI (LLMs) and workflow automation tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier, or proprietary AI agents • Proficiency in AI-assisted copywriting, AI-assisted content creation, and channel management • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools • Strong knowledge of Mailchimp, Google Templates, ContactMonkey, Workshop, and Poppulo • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data analysis/manipulation for distribution lists • Portfolio of successful communications campaigns, such as newsletters, social media posts, podcasts, or SMS strategy • Ability to analyze challenges, generate reports, and interpret data for decision-making • Ability to assess change readiness and identify risks or resistance • Ability to work with moderate-complexity tasks using industry best practices and regulatory standards • Ability to complete projects with general supervision and track milestones and deliverables • Ability to guide entry-level professionals or support staff • Ability to meet physical requirements including occasional movement of up to 10 pounds, prolonged sitting, repetitive hand and wrist motions, spoken and oral communication, and near-range visual acuity
