Beschreibung

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Rentvine's trust accounting engine, including the ledger, reconciliation flows, month-end close, and compliance guardrails • Improve monthly accounting workflows by reducing approval friction and surfacing anomalies earlier while preserving human oversight on high-value transactions • Understand property management accounting regulations and shape features that keep Rentvine ahead of compliance requirements • Own the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable experience, including vendor payments, owner distributions, and tenant billing • Improve disbursement workflow speed, accuracy, and transparency for property managers and owners • Partner with customers to understand payment timing, exception handling, and reporting pain points • Identify accounting automation opportunities with Rentvine's AI Pod, including transaction categorization, anomaly detection, and assisted reconciliation • Define where AI provides leverage and where human judgment must remain in the loop • Shape product thinking around an accounting-focused agent workforce that augments property manager expertise • Translate customer research, support data, and market signals into a prioritized, shippable roadmap with engineering and design • Write product specifications and acceptance criteria using Rentvine's Shippable Feature Slices planning frameworks • Lead sprint ceremonies, unblock teams, make tradeoff decisions, and communicate progress to leadership • Build relationships with accounting-domain power users and key accounts through regular customer conversations • Track feature adoption and impact metrics post-launch and use data to inform iteration priorities • Represent the Accounting Pod in cross-pod planning and help elevate the broader product organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in PropTech, property management software, or a closely adjacent domain • Strong command of property management accounting fundamentals — trust accounting, owner disbursements, ledger management, or similar • Demonstrated ability to own both strategy (roadmap, vision) and execution (delivery, scoping, unblocking) • Experience working on or alongside AI/ML product initiatives • Excellent communication skills, including writing product specifications, conducting customer discovery calls, and presenting roadmaps to executives • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable pulling data, running adoption analyses, and translating numbers into product decisions • Experience with modern product tooling: Linear (or similar), customer research platforms, and analytics tools • Must currently reside in the United States of America; East Coast preferred • Direct experience with Rentvine, AppFolio, Buildium, or another property management platform is an advantage • Background in fintech, accounting software, or payments is an advantage • Exposure to agentic AI product development is an advantage • Familiarity with API ecosystems, partner programs, or platform product thinking is an advantage • Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future
