Beschreibung

• Partner with Account Executives to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through proof-of-concept to close • Serve as the technical lead throughout enterprise sales processes • Lead product demos and technical evaluations • Translate customer infrastructure and operational challenges into actionable solutions using Resolve AI’s platform • Build trusted customer relationships and act as a consultative technical advisor • Ensure technical success during pilots and deployments • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions • Improve technical messaging • Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools • Support a repeatable, scalable, high-velocity go-to-market motion

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role • Experience ideally in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or AI • Proven success leading consultative sales cycles with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS • Experience with Kubernetes • Strong understanding of DevOps practices in cloud-native environments • Skills in infrastructure automation • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud-native environments • Ability to clearly present technical concepts to technical teams and executive leadership • Adaptable, self-starter mindset • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
