Beschreibung

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs from conception through execution • Ensure compliance with budget constraints and timelines • Monitor and evaluate program performance • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements through Quarterly Business Reviews and regular client touchpoints • Own the commercial terms of assigned clients • Manage scope and pricing within contractual bounds • Assist with business development initiatives, including proposal content review, interview preparation, and presentation • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, community organizations, and other stakeholders • Communicate program initiatives, performance metrics, and tactical updates • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives • Manage resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones • Create and maintain reports for clients, partners, and internal teams • Describe data accurately with clear takeaways and recommendations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects • 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting) • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to tailor communications style to audiences across all organizational levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Fastidious attention to detail • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders • Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check • Pre-employment drug screen may be required if applicable to the position • Master’s degree preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred
