Beschreibung

• Develop and manage comprehensive acquisition integration plans for assigned functions • Leverage due diligence findings to support the strategic investment thesis and mitigate risk • Obtain alignment from senior leadership, Corporate Development, and departmental leadership • Manage project expectations, timelines, resources, deliverables, milestones, and risks • Lead execution of assigned M&A integration workstreams • Collaborate with workstream leadership, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office • Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables • Monitor functional-team progress and provide status reporting to project teams and senior leadership • Escalate risks, delays, and blockers as appropriate • Conduct postmortem reviews and document lessons learned • Support integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners • Apply project-management best practices, methodologies, and tools • Provide project-management leadership and coaching to team members • Recommend improvements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree • 5–7 years' experience in project management • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions • High-level knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle, IMO, and finance/accounting • Experience with ERP integrations/migrations, including Oracle, SAP, or Workday • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com • PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to synthesize complex information • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Exceptionally high attention to detail • Project and change-management skills, including holding stakeholders accountable and driving projects forward • ERP project management experience is required • Must reside within the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employer sponsorship for work authorization or employment visa status
