Beschreibung

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across Revecore’s product portfolio • Establish product management standards, operating models, governance, and best practices • Lead portfolio prioritization and investment decisions aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and business outcomes • Partner with Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategic initiatives • Drive adoption of AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies • Collaborate with Engineering leadership on scalable architecture, technical alignment, and delivery of product initiatives • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners • Establish and monitor product KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes • Foster a customer-centric culture through user research, market analysis, experimentation, and continuous feedback • Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership • Serve as executive sponsor for key product initiatives and strategic programs • Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies • Ensure clear documentation, prioritization frameworks, and delivery practices • Promote consistency, scalability, and reuse across product platforms and service lines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise software products, platforms, or technology organizations • 5+ years leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional product teams • Demonstrated success defining and executing product strategy that delivers measurable business outcomes • Experience leading product portfolios including workflow platforms, automation solutions, AI-enabled products, enterprise applications, or SaaS technologies • Proven ability to align product strategy with corporate goals, operational priorities, and financial objectives • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and prioritizing investments • Experience driving digital transformation, workflow modernization, process optimization, or operational productivity initiatives • Strong technical fluency including APIs, integrations, data platforms, cloud technologies, automation solutions, and enterprise architectures • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple business functions • Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing product teams • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and modern product operating models • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field required • Healthcare technology, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or regulated industry experience preferred but not required • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of employment verification and background check
