Beschreibung

• Work under direct supervision on routine interior design tasks • Support project teams as a key support person • Assist in the development of the interior design concept • Assist with preparation of interior design construction documents • Assist in construction administration • Assist with meeting preparation • Participate in at least 1 Aspect of Practice • Manage time regarding project contract, schedule and fee • Complete tasks accurately with strong attention to detail • Uphold the firm’s core values • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• A degree in Interior Design or related field • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office • Honest, direct and constructive communication • Knowledge of finished materials, furniture and lighting • Basic knowledge of programming and functional analysis • Basic knowledge of space planning principles • Basic understanding of zoning, building and life safety codes • Basic knowledge of furniture, finish and fixture specifications • Manage time effectively regarding project contract, schedule and fee • Knowledge of computer software including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp • Ability to hand sketch • Knowledge of the phases of the design process • Work effectively within a collaborative team environment • Consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined • Gaining experience in preparation for NCIDQs/licensing
