Beschreibung

• Prospect and qualify new rental sales opportunities within an assigned geographic territory • Develop and present rental proposals covering pricing, logistics, and value-added services • Negotiate rental agreements and close sales with new and existing customers • Manage and grow the existing rental customer base while increasing revenue and profitability • Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and removals • Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing • Monitor accounts receivable reports and manage outstanding balances through collection activities • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets • Build relationships with prospective customers through varied prospecting strategies • Provide sales coverage for non-Ricoh opportunity accounts • Collaborate with marketplace partners to educate stakeholders and drive customer referrals • Conduct account assessments and business analyses to identify operational needs, workflow inefficiencies, and document management challenges • Recommend solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and reduce costs • Maintain accurate sales activity records in the designated CRM/CSR system • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing strategies, strengths, and weaknesses • Develop relationships with third-party organizations to generate additional rental opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • One to three years of sales experience required • Industry-related sales experience preferred • Valid, unrestricted driver's license required • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and processes • Excellent negotiation, written communication, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision • Demonstrated business acumen and account planning capabilities • Strong time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications • Frequent travel within the assigned region is required • Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply complex information, data, and instructions • Ability to prepare, present, and communicate detailed information to customers and internal stakeholders • Ability to perform basic equipment-handling tasks and lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
