Beschreibung

• Own defined Rimini Manage service offerings or product areas, including service definition, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. • Translate customer needs, delivery insights, and market feedback into clear, outcome-oriented service definitions that emphasize efficiency, reliability, and reduced operational burden • Support the development of business cases, pricing inputs, and packaging recommendations for new or evolving Rimini Manage offerings. • Lead cross-functional execution for new Rimini Manage launches and enhancements, ensuring readiness across delivery, sales, and marketing. • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, customer outcomes) to inform continuous improvement. • Partner with Service Delivery to improve scalability, consistency, and repeatability, reducing variability while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Develop clear, data-driven updates and recommendations for senior functional leaders and executives. • Partner with Service Delivery and Engineering to ensure Rimini Manage offerings align with delivery capabilities and quality standards. • Work closely with Product Marketing to support positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for Rimini Manage. • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to ensure Rimini Manage offerings are clearly understood and effectively supported throughout the sales process. • Engage with Finance on forecasting, margin considerations, and performance tracking.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or Master’s degree a plus. • 6-8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or related roles within enterprise software, IT services, or managed services. • Experience defining, launching, or managing service-based offerings with an emphasis on operational execution and customer outcomes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations. • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
