Beschreibung

• Lead the team in translating tax and regulatory requirements for the US and Canada into system changes for clients’ ERP systems • Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with clients, internal operational teams, to resolve issues on complex updates relating to US and Canadian HR/Payroll • Provide in-depth functional/technical knowledge and understanding of SAP system across multiple versions - US, Canada and Quebec HR/Payroll Modules to development team • Ensure total product compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations through the analysis of each tax and legislative change • Lead the analysis, design and configuration of complex legislative requirements; including testing those updates • Leads the team in design on complex and thorough test plans to ensure quality deliverables • Identifies potential points of contention for deliverables, creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget • Anticipates problems before they occur, defines problems and risk, identifies possible causes • Pro-actively identifies risks and issues on development deliveries, leading team to develop and maintain risk management on the deliverables • Assist with complex troubleshooting of Tax & Regulatory client cases • Provide expertise in how US, Canadian, and Quebec legislation is configured and processed in SAP

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience (15+ years) US & Canada SAP HR/Payroll projects as primary duties • In-depth functional/technical knowledge and understanding of SAP system - US, Canada and Quebec HR/ Payroll • Expert knowledge of US and Canadian Payroll from a business perspective and as an end-to-end process • Expert understanding of US & Canada SAP Payroll from a legislative perspective • In-depth knowledge and experience with US Tax Reporter • In depth understanding of configuration of SAP Modules • A track record of successful roles in several Enterprise Application projects (including full development and full QA lifecycle processes) • Ability to work closely with the Global Tax & Regulatory team • Ability to work closely with development to ensure adherence to functional specifications
