Beschreibung

• Champion operational excellence by owning intake, prioritization, and resource allocation, ensuring all initiatives directly align with department goals and objectives. • Lead end-to-end project management for lifecycle campaigns, journeys, and automation programs, from scoping through delivery. • Translate lifecycle strategy into clear plans, timelines, and coordinated execution across email, SMS, and CRM programs. • Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Lifecycle Automation to align priorities, scope work, and ensure execution readiness. • Collaborate with project management partners across Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success Center, Analytics and other teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives are integrated across broader workstreams. • Identify risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints; proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum. • Drive visibility into project status, timelines, and delivery through clear reporting and stakeholder communication. • Establish and optimize processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve speed, quality, and scalability. • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, CRM, or lifecycle environments. • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multiple teams. • Experience owning intake, prioritization, and workflow management in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated strength in process design, optimization, and scalable operations. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in higher education or edtech environments. • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Twilio, or similar platforms. • Experience supporting marketing automation, journey orchestration, or Martech implementations. • Experience working across complex, multi-partner or matrixed organizations. • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar).
