• Develop and activate a community of ~100 donors • Lead the fundraising and donor engagement strategy • Secure significant philanthropic investment • Manage a robust donor pool • Communicate effectively with RIVET donors • Design engagement experiences to leverage donor networks
🎯 Anforderungen
• Strategic, relationship-driven fundraiser experience • Experience in developing and managing donor relationships • Ability to lead fundraising initiatives • Knowledge of high-net-worth individuals and family foundations • Strong communication and programming skills • Ability to work collaboratively with teams • Prior experience with philanthropic organizations preferred • Must be excited to shape a global philanthropic community.
