Beschreibung

• Receive and review facility maintenance work orders submitted by clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency, client requirements, and resource availability • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to assign tasks, provide instructions, and track progress • Use facility management software to create and manage work orders, track labor and material costs, and generate reports • Communicate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders regarding work-order status, maintenance schedules, and concerns • Collaborate with procurement to source and procure maintenance supplies, equipment, and services • Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians on work-order management, safety protocols, and facility-maintenance best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Additional education or training in facility management or a related field preferred • Previous experience in facility maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work orders simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails • Ability to meet the physical demands of sitting, standing, walking, and occasional computer printout handling • Some travel may be required • Background noise should be kept to a minimum in the remote work environment • Video calls require business casual attire, good lighting, and good personal hygiene
