🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–12+ years of creative experience with top-tier agency training • Deep expertise in the tech industry, with preference to experience in SaaS-based businesses similar in stage to Rockbot • A portfolio that showcases world-class visual storytelling, brand evolution, and integrated campaign work • A reputation for demanding excellence—both in conceptual thinking and executional detail • Ability to build, adapt, and scale brand systems that evolve alongside fast-growth companies • Hands-on mastery of design craft, supported by strong conceptual, editorial, and narrative instincts • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire teams and champion bold creative • Expertise with core creative tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.) and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
