Beschreibung

• Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies across the EMEA region. • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures. • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards. • Analyse HSE data and prepare reports. • Manage HSE projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Conduct HSE training and promote a culture of safety.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline desirable. • Demonstrable experience of managing H&S within complex organisations with exposure to both manufacturing & site-based service work. • Successful track record of leading delivery in a range of HSE initiatives. • Recognised Health and Safety Professional Qualification NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent desirable. • Extensive experience of developing, implementing, managing, and improving ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. • Lead auditor qualification in ISO certifications. • Incident investigation knowledge and experience in root cause analysis. • Experience to lead incident investigations in a HSE environment.
