Beschreibung

• Administer, support, and optimise Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. • Design, build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for device management, application deployment, compliance, and endpoint security. • Develop and maintain automations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency and platform management. • Implement and maintain M365 security, compliance, governance, and conditional access policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, and complex technical issues across the M365 platform. • Collaborate with architecture and technology teams to deliver projects, integrations, and platform enhancements. • Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. • Support the rollout of new M365 features and capabilities, ensuring effective deployment and user adoption. • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. • Stay current with Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management best practices and emerging technologies.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience administering and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. • Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions, including device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot, and endpoint security. • Experience using Microsoft Graph API for administration, automation, reporting, and integration activities. • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and identity management. • Experience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Conditional Access, and modern endpoint management. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence. • Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation.
