Beschreibung

• Support, maintain, and enhance Global Trade digital tools and systems, including existing compliance systems and/or new tool implementations • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Global Trade technologies, explaining tool capabilities, workflows, and best-use practices • Collaborate with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functional stakeholders • Ensure Global Trade tools remain aligned with business processes, regulatory changes, and operational requirements • Monitor system performance, identify issues or inefficiencies, and coordinate improvements, enhancements, and troubleshooting • Develop and deliver training, job aids, and reference materials • Drive adoption and effective use of Global Trade tools across the organization • Identify opportunities to optimize trade operations through automation, digital enhancements, trade programs, and continuous process improvement • Support compliance system enhancements under the RTX Consent Agreement and provide ongoing support and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience • Experience managing processes related to regulatory and/or compliance requirements • Experience applying, enhancing and/or deploying digital technology or Global Trade tools to facilitate compliance • U.S. citizenship is required • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed • Preferred: Experience in system enhancements, integrations, or process-automation initiatives • Preferred: Strong cross-functional teaming to identify system workflows, data requirements, and compliance impacts • Preferred: Experience with Global Trade compliance systems or digital trade compliance tools, such as SAP GTS, OCR, RGEMS, or similar platforms • Preferred: Strong background in U.S. and international trade regulations, including import/export controls, customs requirements, and preferential trade programs such as ITAR, EAR, and Customs • Preferred: Ability to quickly learn new systems and translate functional knowledge into practical guidance for business users • Preferred: Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
