Beschreibung

• Manage cradle-to-grave contract activities, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration, and closeout • Communicate with customers and manage contracts, changes, invoicing, and fulfillment of requirements • Apply business acumen and subject-matter expertise to understand program performance requirements and support program and financial objectives • Collaborate with Program Management leadership, the Office of General Counsel, and cross-functional peers • Support program gate reviews, program management reviews, business strategy sessions, proposal reviews, and risk management activities • Develop creative solutions and resolve contractual matters with cross-functional team members • Manage contractual scope, terms, and conditions to ensure work complies with contract scope • Analyze RFPs, develop and review proposals, coordinate negotiations, implement contracts, and administer contracts • Investigate and resolve complex contractual matters and proactively collaborate with stakeholders • Provide strategic guidance on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policies to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes • Multitask routine and complex contract and proposal activities while responding to urgent requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance; active and existing security clearance required after day 1 • U.S. citizenship required for security-clearance eligibility • Experience with U.S. Government fixed-price and cost-type contracts under FAR and DFARS • Experience as a Contracts Lead and/or leading contract negotiations with customers • Experience with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) process • Experience with administration and negotiation of complex proposals and contracts preferred • Experience interfacing with DCAA and DCMA supporting proposal reviews, audits, and fact-finding preferred • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders preferred • Ability to work within a team environment and develop effective customer relationships preferred • Minimal domestic travel
