Beschreibung

• Analyze business needs with respect to Global Trade requirements and develop compliant solutions across all phases of the business lifecycle • Serve as the Global Trade liaison to assigned business segment(s) and leaders • Support the development and execution of business strategic initiatives • Working under/within the following U.S. Regulations; Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and HTS • Deployment of the Collins and Avionics Global Trade policies and procedures • Support the development of the Global Trade focal network • Support licensing and authorizations activities for assigned business segments • Support Regulatory Compliance investigations • Support development and delivery of formal and informal Global Trade training and communications • Review of transactions under Collins Sanctions policy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Strong working knowledge of the U.S. GT regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) • International and Domestic Travel 10% required
