Beschreibung

• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our Source to Pay processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. • Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. • Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. • Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. • Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. • Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the Source to Pay as part of program. • Mentor less experienced team areas in specific areas of the Source to Pay business process hierarchy • Ensure that RTX is positioned for future success within all functional areas of Source to Pay.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Experience with Source to Pay business processes and technical system knowledge across the following areas: Procurement (Product, nonproduct, and services) • Accounts Payable – including supplier invoice management and supplier disbursement processes • Vendor (supplier) Master Data • Sourcing and Supplier contract management • Supplier collaboration and performance management • Procurement and supply chain regulatory compliance • SAP Fieldglass • SAP Ariba • Hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
