Beschreibung

• Lead and mentor DevOps/cloud engineers; manage performance and development plans • Foster collaboration, continuous learning, accountability, inclusion, trust, and engagement across distributed teams • Oversee CI/CD standardization for Java, .NET, and Node.js workloads • Drive Internal Developer Portal adoption and golden path enablement • Guide Terraform and infrastructure-as-code standards and guardrails • Embed DevSecOps best practices into pipelines and cloud platforms • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools and automation improvements • Partner with internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps platforms • Translate business needs into technical solutions and advise stakeholders • Deliver responsive, high-quality service and proactive stakeholder communication • Align platform capabilities with client needs to maximize business impact • Drive automation, operational efficiency, and cloud cost optimization across Azure and AWS • Deliver self-service platform capabilities to accelerate developer productivity • Establish and enforce best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability • Continuously improve service reliability, scalability, and performance while minimizing risk • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, resource allocation, goals, and accountability for the team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Eight or more years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering • Two or more years of people leadership experience • Strong experience with CI/CD tools, including Harness, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins • Hands-on AWS and/or Azure expertise from architecture to operations • Extensive Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience • Advanced knowledge of public cloud architecture and operations across Azure and AWS • Familiarity with Java, Node.js, Python, and Unix shell • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and service mesh technologies • Strong collaboration, transparency, and stakeholder management skills • AWS and/or Azure certifications; professional-level certification preferred • Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
