Beschreibung

• Support Department of the Navy partnership initiatives from concept through agreement development and implementation • Interact day-to-day with Navy clients and stakeholder organizations • Build and maintain working-level relationships with installation leadership, staff, and external partners • Coordinate and facilitate recurring meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements • Track client requirements, action items, and decisions • Support development of Public-Public and Public-Private partnership agreements under Title 10 authorities • Coordinate legal, financial, real estate, and operational inputs • Draft agreements, MOUs, term sheets, briefings, memos, reports, and supporting documentation • Track approvals, milestones, document versions, project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies • Conduct research, data collection, and basic analysis • Support course of action materials, feasibility inputs, and business case elements • Translate policy, infrastructure, real estate, and partnership inputs into clear, structured formats • Coordinate across subject-matter experts and functional contributors • Support monthly reports, financial tracking, and status updates • Contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows, templates, and documentation practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent • 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Must be a US Citizen • Strong organizational and coordination skills in a project-based environment • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting government, consulting, infrastructure, real estate, economic development, community planning, military installation planning, or federal program work preferred • Interest in real estate, infrastructure, partnerships, or federal programs • Excellent formal writing skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Exceptional time management skills • Attention to detail • Experience facilitating meetings, workgroups, and workshops • Knowledge of local government, economic development, and community planning • Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information and conduct project research and data collection • Ability to support infrastructure, partnership, and program-related decisions • Ability to develop practical workflows and procedures • Ability to develop clear, well-organized project materials • Ability to identify and resolve problems • Ability to coordinate projects and complete them on time and budget • Ability to observe safety and security procedures • Willingness to pursue training and development opportunities
