Beschreibung

• Lead the internal company field offices for the company external annual audits • Develop and maintain the audit plan to the completion of deliverables • Review and analyze the audit response documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting them to the external auditors • Coordinate and run meetings with internal audit staff and external auditors • Respond to all external auditor’s questions and requests timely • Provide training for field office accounting staff to improve the audit process • Implement and support year end close process by working with BU accounting staff to meet audit standards • Coordinate with external auditors and business units accounting team to meet the audit deadlines • Build effective relationships and work closely with audit stakeholders across company • Coordinate with company’s insurance broker to complete business insurance applications and other requested documentation within the deadline • Act as insurance contact for company’s employees throughout the year to answer questions or provide documentation as requested • Work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller for special ad hoc projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus) • 3+ Public Accounting Experience (Big 4 preferred) • Strong knowledge of financial reporting • Strong organization and project management skills required • Knowledge of ERP financial system is preferred • Advanced Excel skills required • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and be able to meet strict deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
