Beschreibung

• Join Samsara's Developer Experience team within the Developer Experience organization • Help scale in-house CI/CD systems for increased engineering efficiency and pull-request throughput • Reduce technical debt using efficient AI workflows • Design and build deployment safeguards that protect production at scale • Build observability, evaluation, and feedback systems for AI-driven automation • Serve as a technical thought leader for safe, high-quality AI use in engineering • Redefine the outer loop of the SDLC through AI-native workflows • Turn emerging AI capabilities into safe, observable, production-ready engineering systems • Partner with product engineering teams to reduce operational toil and adopt AI-enabled delivery practices • Experiment with AI-assisted software development and convert successful experiments into company-wide platforms

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience working on developer experience, CICD and/or platform engineering-focused teams • Experience in building AI workflows, orchestration systems or other harnesses of AI • Proven track record in architecting CICD systems, build and deploy platforms, and automated response workflows • Experience with Buildkite or equivalent BYOC software • Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise software applications • Experience building and maintaining a large organization's Software Development Life Cycle (DevEx) • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP • Experience implementing AI-driven automation across the SDLC • Routinely applies AI tools across your workflow • Experience writing high-quality code in Go, Python, or equivalent • Experience orchestrating multiple AI agents en-mass for complex tasks • Strong leadership and direction-setting skills • Forward thinking about AI capabilities and advocacy for AI usage • Experience building in-house CICD systems • Experience building for FedRamp, StateRamp, or other compliance requirements
