Beschreibung

• Provide support to the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Program Development • Manage implementation, monitoring, and reporting of new and existing grant-funded programs and projects • Organize and communicate grant program information to diverse teams and individuals • Ensure grant-funded programs and services comply with funder requirements and regulations • Coordinate execution of grant agreements and contracts with the Contracting office • Coordinate accounting setup and expense allocations with the Finance Office • Support hiring grant-funded staff with department leadership and Human Resources • Coordinate with Data Analytics and support creation of data collection and reporting infrastructure • Interpret and translate funder requirements into health center operations and workflows • Manage a calendar of performance and financial reporting deadlines • Adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines • Recommend long-term funding enhancements based on program successes, outcomes, and service gaps • Schedule and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings related to grant implementation and monitoring • Analyze issues and create action plans aligned with health center capacity and funder expectations • Support grant application and proposal development as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required • 3 years of grant management experience in a non-profit organization setting required • 2 years of demonstrated experience coordinating teams and leading group projects or initiatives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent technical writing and proper grammar • Demonstrated ability in a variety of reporting structures and formats • Knowledge of grant development and administration • Knowledge and understanding of grant reporting and accounting • Ability to understand and apply quasi-legal funding and reporting instructions and guidelines • Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time • I-9 and complete application requirements • Compliance with mandated vaccinations and boosters
