Beschreibung

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance departments to gather and document business requirements for payroll processes. • Analyze current payroll workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to streamline operations. • Work with technical teams to implement and configure payroll functionalities within ERP systems. • Conduct data analysis and reporting on payroll metrics to monitor efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. • Lead system testing efforts, ensuring payroll configurations and workflows meet business needs and compliance standards. • Develop user documentation, process guides, and training materials for payroll-related systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on payroll processes within any ERP system. • Familiarity with any ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft. • Strong understanding of payroll workflows, compliance regulations, and best practices. • Ability to analyze payroll data, interpret trends, and translate business needs into technical requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions within payroll systems.
